Are you or a loved one living with a chronic lung condition and looking to regain confidence, breathe easier, and stay active? Join our guided conversation with Sabrina, a Registered Respiratory Therapist and Certified Personal Trainer. 

Our informative discussion covers:  Discovering the Benefits of Exercise for improved lung function and overall well-being. Safe Exercise Guidelines, including warm-up, cool-down, and proper breathing techniques. Tips to Avoid Injuries and ensure a safe exercise routine. Building Confidence through goal setting and progress tracking. A Q&A session for personalized advice and answers to your questions.

Sabrina is a dedicated Registered Respiratory Therapist with 13 years of experience who boasts a diverse career in healthcare. While she initially worked at urban hospitals, her passion for exploring unique experiences led her to an opportunity in international air ambulance repatriations, which showcases her emergency response skills. Sabrina has also been providing unwavering support to patients in the Canadian Arctic. In addition, her commitment to health extends beyond respiratory therapy; she's a National Academy of Sports Medicine graduate and works simultaneously as a Personal Trainer and Fitness Plan Advisor.
