Join us for a conversation with Laura Hulstein, Health Coach, as we discuss stress management and happiness. 

We’ll talk about stress, the effects on the mind and body, as well as some practical strategies you can use.  We will explore ways you can have more joy and happiness in your life.  

Laura is a Respiratory Therapist, with 15 years of clinical experience, as well as a Health Coach.  She recently made the change from hospital to community work where she provides support and education to clients with various lung conditions. Her own wellness journey brought her to health coaching and now she’s excited to provide her services to support, motivate, and provide accountability to others.
