Join us as we team up with BC Lung to bring back the in-person, Vancouver Better Breathers’ Club. At the Better Breathers club meetings, you’ll speak with Certified Respiratory Educators, Respiratory Therapists, and other healthcare professionals who are dedicated to helping those living with COPD and supporting their family and care givers.
The Vancouver Better Breathers Club In Person meetings are held on the 4th Thursday of every month at the BC Lung Foundation headquarters on Oak Street.
Join us on Thursday, January 25th from 1-3pm as we explore goal setting and reducing exacerbations. January is a time where many people start a new exercise regime. Let’s learn how to do that effectively and in a way that you can maintain! Reducing exacerbations is always a great goal when you’re living with COPD. Exacerbations can lead to a worsening of lung function and more hospitalizations. Let’s explore how to avoid those exacerbations to keep you as healthy as possible for the full year ahead! Come and join the conversation. You’ll find like-minded people at the Vancouver Better Breathers Club.
