Our new Cardio & Stretch classes on Thursday mornings at 10 AM (Pacific) are designed just for you! Led by Certified Respiratory Educators, these classes focus on creating a safe and enjoyable environment where you can move, breathe, and connect with others.

  • Gentle Movement to Build Strength: Start with 30 minutes of cardio/aerobic exercises tailored to your pace. We help you adjust intensity so that your breathing stays manageable and in control.

  • Relaxing Stretch Session: Unwind with an extended stretch segment designed to enhance flexibility and relaxation.

  • Expert Guidance: Our instructors specialize in breathing techniques and will support you in finding the best ways to exercise comfortably.

  • Community Connection: Join a healthy, encouraging group of peers who understand the challenges of living with chronic lung conditions. There’s always time to chat and share experiences.

  • Q&A with the Experts: Have questions about breathing or exercise? Get answers directly from our knowledgeable instructors.
